Spray
cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare
grill for medium heat. |

Mix
turkey, onion, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, salt
and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into
5 (1/2- inch-thick) patties. |

Grill
5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until patties are no longer
pink in the center and meat thermometer inserted in centers
reaches 165°F, brushing patties with remaining 1/4
cup barbecue sauce. Serve in buns topped with your favorite
condiments.
Use Your Stove: Prepare turkey mixture and shape
into patties as directed. Spray large nonstick skillet
with PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray; heat over
medium-low heat. Add patties; cook 5 to 6 minutes on each
side, or until no longer pink in centers and meat thermometer
inserted in centers registers 165°F. Serve as directed.
