Turkey
Hot Italian Sausage |

bratwurst rolls, partially split |

tablespoons
Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard |

tablespoons
chopped onion |
| 5 |
tablespoons
sweet pickle relish |
| 1 |
large
tomato, cut into 10 wedges
jalapeño peppers, seeded, chopped (optional) |

Spray
cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill
for medium heat. Grill sausage according to package directions. |

Place
rolls, cut side down, on grill rack.
Grill 1 minute or until lightly toasted. |

Fill
rolls with sausages. Top each with 1 tablespoon mustard, onions
and relish. Add 2 tomato wedges to each sandwich. Top with
jalapeño peppers, if desired. |
