Chicago-Style Italian Turkey Sausage Sandwiches

Cook: up to 10 minutes
Makes: 5 sandwiches

  Need:
1 package (1.2 lb) Butterball® Fresh Turkey
Hot Italian Sausage
5 large bratwurst rolls, partially split
5 tablespoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
5 tablespoons chopped onion
5 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 large tomato, cut into 10 wedges
jalapeño peppers, seeded, chopped (optional)

 
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill sausage according to package directions.
   
Place rolls, cut side down, on grill rack.
Grill 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
   
Fill rolls with sausages. Top each with 1 tablespoon mustard, onions and relish. Add 2 tomato wedges to each sandwich. Top with jalapeño peppers,
if desired.
