Italian or sourdough bread, 5 inches wide |

Italian dressing |

fresh spinach leaves |
| 1/4 |

thinly sliced fresh basil |

tomatoes, sliced |

Spray
cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill
for medium heat. |

Mix
turkey, Italian seasoning and garlic salt in medium bowl until
combined. Shape into 5 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to
6 minutes on each side, or until patties are no longer pink
in the center and meat thermometer inserted in centers reaches
165°F. Top each patty with cheese slice during last minute
of grilling. |

Spread
each bread slice with 1/2 teaspoon dressing. Toast on grill,
if desired. Top 5 bread slices, dressing side up, evenly with
spinach, basil and tomatoes. Place turkey on tomatoes and
cover with remaining bread slices, dressing side down. |
