  Need:
  PAM® for Grilling Spray
1 package (20 ounces) Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
5 slices (5 ounces) provolone or mozzarella cheese
10 slices Italian or sourdough bread, 5 inches wide
5 teaspoons Italian dressing
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
3 plum tomatoes, sliced

Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat.

Mix turkey, Italian seasoning and garlic salt in medium bowl until combined. Shape into 5 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until patties are no longer pink in the center and meat thermometer inserted in centers reaches 165°F. Top each patty with cheese slice during last minute of grilling.

Spread each bread slice with 1/2 teaspoon dressing. Toast on grill, if desired. Top 5 bread slices, dressing side up, evenly with spinach, basil and tomatoes. Place turkey on tomatoes and cover with remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
