Fresh Turkey Breast Filets |
| 1 |
avocado,
peeled, chopped |
| 1/4 |
cup
finely chopped cucumber |
| 3/4 |
cup
picante sauce |

Combine
garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix
well. Rub mixture evenly on one side of each filet; let stand
15 minutes. |

Spray
cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill
for medium heat. |

Combine
avocado, cucumber and picante sauce in medium bowl; stir together.
Set aside. Grill filets 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until
no longer pink in the centers and meat thermometer inserted
in centers reaches 165°F. Serve with salsa. |
