Southwest Seasoned Filets with Avocado Salsa
How: Broil/Grill
Prep: 20 Minutes

Makes: 6 servings
(1 filet and ¼ cup salsa each)

Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Filets



Need:
  PAM® for Grilling Spray
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package (about 1 pound) Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Filets
1 avocado, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
3/4 cup picante sauce


    Combine garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Rub mixture evenly on one side of each filet; let stand 15 minutes.  
       


    Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat.  
       


    Combine avocado, cucumber and picante sauce in medium bowl; stir together. Set aside. Grill filets 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the centers and meat thermometer inserted in centers reaches 165°F. Serve with salsa.
